An Excellent Spirit

“Then this Daniel distinguished himself above the governors and satraps, because an excellent spirit was in him; and the king gave thought to setting him over the whole realm.” — Daniel 6:3 (NKJV)
PRAYER
Thank You, dear Lord, for distinguishing me above governors, satraps, and every opposition because You have placed an excellent spirit within me. Thank You for the wisdom, favour, integrity, and understanding You have given me. Thank You for causing me to stand out for Your glory, just as You did for Daniel.
Help me to know You more each day and to reflect the character of Jesus Christ in my thoughts, words, and actions. Fill me continually with Your Holy Spirit so that my life will bring honour to Your holy name.
Thank You for granting me favour with God and with people. May everything I do glorify You.

I am filled with an excellent spirit. Jesus Christ lives in me. I walk in wisdom, integrity, humility, and love. My life glorifies God every day.
